Shop Policies

I don't accept exchanges, returns, or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale


Returns and exchange details

Commissions, Custom Orders & Personalized Items

All custom orders, commissions, and personalized purchases are final. If your custom order is of one of my past made items please note your order WILL look different from the original. This is unavoidable due to the nature of these dolls as they are all hand made and one of a kind. Fabrics may vary as well due to changes in suppliers stock but I will do my best to get as close as possible if I don't have the original fabric in stock. I will notify you prior to your custom order deposit if I have to order material for your project and will require your approval of the materials before your deposit is accepted. Deposits and payments towards these custom dolls are non refundable even if you decide to abandon the project. This protects me for the time and materials I put into your projects.

Pre-Made Items

Pre-made dolls sales are final although I do offer exchanges if you notify me within 3 days of delivery. Items may be exchanged for other dolls in my shop or as a deposit towards a new custom order. Items must arrive back to me in the perfect condition it was sent in originally to receive the exchange. If I receive an item to be exchanged that has been damaged in any way you are liable for the cost in it's loss of value which will be determined by me. If the item is unfixable then I reserve the right to reject the exchange. If you are sending an item back for an exchange I highly recommend buying extra insurance for your package to be sure you will be covered via the postal service in case of accidental loss or damage. Santas Legends & More is not liable for any damage, loss or theft during shipment. Once items are accepted into the postal service liability is out of my hands. Any issues you may have during shipment should be taken up with the postal service. All packages sent from Santas Legends & More will come with tracking and insurance unless insurance is unavailable to your country. And if the insurance is unavailable to your country then Santas Legends & More is still not liable for any shipment issues.


Payment

Payments can be made via Etsy or PayPal.

Payments are to be received in full before dolls are sent to their forever homes.

Layaway plans are also provided, please just let me know before purchase.


Shipping

All ready made items will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment unless otherwise specified. Custom orders will vary depending on how long it takes to make the item. I will keep you posted through messages on how each custom order is coming along.


Additional policies and FAQs

All items in my shop are hand made so please don't expect perfection. Every piece I have is my art and it's made just the way its supposed to be. Perfectly imperfect :)

CUSTOM ORDERS
I accept custom orders but since the items are handmade there WILL be some differences. Please let me know about your preferences. I am really interested in your opinion about your purchase so please let me know about your feedback. It's very important for me to keep you totally satisfied.

COPYRIGHT
I retain the copyrights of every item that I create, including the right to use photos of the sold pieces in other artwork and to reproduce any and all of my art pieces. Upon purchasing my art you are not obtaining any rights to my art. Your purchase is for display purposes only and may not be copied or reproduced.
